Vital Components
The Class of 1983 Scholarship Fund at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (aada.edu) presents a new cycle of plays by critically acclaimed playwright Mac Rogers. Dark, moving and unpredictable, these pieces were written and curated specifically for this cast of alumni. The mission of the Fund is to assist young artists to achieve their academic ambitions at the Academy.

This is my third appearance with the Fund, the first being in The Oil Well last summer. Earlier this year I wrote a piece for Spontaneous Combustion! called The Society for the Pursuit of Truth, Principle and Welfare for Ginger Cats. Working with this talented and generous group of people is a creatively fulfilling experience. The opportunity to give back to the institution that fostered my craft is invaluable. I will be seen as 'Ashley' in The Purple Floor and 'Shey' in I'm Seeing Robots in this upcoming production.
